Matt is a seasoned compliance consultant and finance professional who’s been at the heart of fintech for over two decades. He’s supported startups with their FCA applications, stepped in as interim Head of Compliance and advised some of the UK’s most recognisable fintech brands.
A qualified accountant (FCCA) with over 30 years of experience, Matt has also acted as an interim or fractional CFO, combining deep regulatory knowledge with financial insight—making him a trusted advisor to both emerging and established firms in the payments and crypto space.
